Delivery Schedule
Shipping And Handling
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, for smaller items expect approximately 2-5 working days. For larger products such as scooters or riser/recliners please allow 10 days. Our staff will get in touch if there are any additional delays.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. If you are registered disabled you may not be charged VAT (on most disability products). You will be required to fill in a VAT exemption form before delivery takes place.

Guarantee
All of our products come with a no quibble 30 day guarantee apart from the riser/recliners and scooters which all come with a one year guarantee (we hope to be able to offer an extended warranty at an extra cost in the future). This a 'Back to Base' warranty. The buyer is responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to us and the cost.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reson you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" state within 10 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). If the goods are damaged on delivery please insist that the delivery company takes it back with them. Collection can be arranged and will be charged at cost. Please note that no refund will be made until the goods are received back to us.
